Consistency is the key to making progress in any training program. By consistently showing up and putting in the work, you can build new habits and make lasting changes to your body and mind.
2.
Motivation
Motivation is what drives you to keep going, even when the going gets tough. It can be helpful to identify your motivations and remind yourself of them regularly to stay on track and overcome obstacles.
3.
Grit
